Fluid Architecture: Macro Liquid Simulations for Lighthouse Agency

Creative Vision & Organic Art Direction Developed as a conceptual motion asset for Lighthouse Agency, this project explores the mesmerizing visual language of macro fluid dynamics. The creative objective was to capture the organic, weightless suspension of liquid droplets and micro-bubbles, utilizing high-end commercial semantics commonly found in premium skincare, cosmetics, and wellness industry campaigns. By focusing on deep blue and cyan tones, the visual direction establishes a clinical, refreshing, and deeply tactile atmosphere.

Technical Breakdown & Simulation Pipeline Generating realistic liquid behaviors and complex micro-environments inside Blender required a calculated multi-layered approach:

• Organic Fluid & Particle Physics: Engineered a dynamic particle systems layout to simulate the natural suspension and slow-motion drift of independent fluid spheres. The movement curves prioritize fluid viscosity and low-gravity physics to achieve a satisfying, high-fidelity kinetic loop.

• Macro Refraction & Transmission Lookdev: Developed a custom refractive glass/liquid shader matrix. By fine-tuning transmission parameters and internal light-bending coefficients (IOR), the floating macro-droplets act as physical lenses, realistically magnifying and warping the background shapes and micro-bubbles trapped inside them.

• Micro-Bubble Integration: Layered sub-particle fields within the primary geometry boundaries to create tiny, suspended oxygen pockets. These micro-structures catch specular light independently, breaking up the smooth surfaces and significantly enhancing the depth and scale of the macro composition.

• Soft High-Key Studio Lighting: Implemented a clean, diffused backlighting environment using soft emission fields. This enables light to pass completely through the liquid bodies, generating beautiful internal gradients, scattering effects, and bright rim highlights along the asset contours.
